Story
O Quy Ho Restaurant
Sa Pa, in the memories of travelers, is not only about endless clouds and mountain winds but also lingers with unforgettable aftertastes. It is the wholesome sweetness of H'mong mustard greens drenched in night dew, the robust aroma of Doi seeds and Mac Khen spices, and the comforting warmth radiating from steaming sturgeon hotpots.
Taking its name from one of the "Four Great Passes" of the majestic Northwest, O Quy Ho, however, chooses a peaceful, grounded melody. We are children who deeply love this land, wishing to bundle all its rustic, pristine, and essential beauty to present to our guests. More than just a restaurant, O Quy Ho considers itself a "firekeeper," kindling warmth for the gathering meals of travelers from afar.
At O Quy Ho, refinement originates from the most authentic elements.
Stepping into the restaurant, you will immediately touch the "soul" of the Northwest through a deeply indigenous space. It is the sturdiness of original wooden pillars collected from ancient highland homes; it is the soft Indigo hue stretching across three floors, woven from the antique looms of the Hmong people. In that space, gastronomy is truly elevated.
The hearty Leaf-tray Feast (Mâm cỗ lá) featuring firm hill chicken and native pork, brimming with the true flavors of the mountains and forests.
Fresh Salmon and Sturgeon raised by locals, carrying the pure taste of natural streams through salads, grilled dishes, and hotpots.
And the indispensable, renowned "Black Chicken Steamed in Pumpkin"—a perfect harmony between the mild sweetness and buttery texture of mature pumpkin and the rich, tender meat of local black chicken.
Nestled peacefully right in the center at [01 Thach Son], O Quy Ho - Cham is the ideal stop for you to shake off the biting cold after a journey of admiring misty Sa Pa. Let us warm you with a space steeped in culture, a delicious meal, and the most sincere smiles.
